Good performance in sports requires you to have good stability and fitness level.
Any physical limitations may lead to poor body movements/ mechanics and predisposing you to musculoskeletal injuries and pain.
During evaluation, our sports physiotherapist will conduct a comprehensive physical assessment to identify any physical limitations that you may have. For example, muscle tightness, weakness, stiffness, poor motor control or poor core stability.
After the evaluation, the aim of your therapy will be to improve pain, minimise risk of re-injury and improved performance in your sports.
Your therapy may involve a combination of hands-on massage or manual therapy; education on specific stretching and strengthening exercises, as well as fitness training to improve the identified physical limitations.
