Personal Fitness Training

Our personal fitness training program is a comprehensive program aimed at improving your flexibility, muscle strength and endurance, core stability and aerobic capacity.

Before the commencement of the program, our physiotherapist will conduct physical evaluation and exercise testing to determine your current fitness level.


The training program will commence once goals have been established based on the findings of the physical evaluation and exercise testing.

Our physiotherapist will guide you through the training program as well as educating you how you can monitor and progress your fitness training.
